Old Manada

Old Manada is a resurrection of the golden age of Marseilles merchants. This brand, created in 1897, had disappeared until its heiress found a stock of bottles from the era. She shared her discovery with Guillaume Ferronian enthusiast for the history of spirits, and together they decided to recreate the original blend.
Two agricultural rums are used in the white rum recipe. These are AOC Martinique from the Simon distillery and a Guadeloupe rum from Longueteau. As for the Old Manada Gold rum, it's an AOC Martinique rum that has spent 6 months in Cognac casks. Read less
