Robert Burns

Robert Burns is Scotland's national poet, born in Alloway, Ayrshire in 1759. He wrote some ofScotland's most famous poems, as well as many songs that have become the unofficial anthems of Scots around the world. In his youth, he enjoyed the whiskies coming out of the stills on the Isle of Arran, opposite his home. He repeatedly sang their praises in his works.
The whiskies in the range come in two expressions, blended and single malt. The Robert Burns blend is composed mainly of Arran malt. It is topped up with grain whisky and aged in second-fill sherry casks. The single malt is 100% Arran, and benefits from the same aging process. Read less
