Sailor Jerry rum

Sailor Jerry Rum was created in memory of Norman Collins, a former sailor who became a landmark in tattoo history. This master of the Old-School style advanced what was initially a sailor's or convict's attribute, a counter-culture, and helped make tattooing what it is today. After his death, many derivative products were created from his drawings, including this spiced rum. First presented in 2011, this is a blend of Caribbean rums infused with spices such as cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg.

Sailor Jerry is therefore a nod to Norman Collins' nickname and his work, but also to the British Navy and the Grog, the sailors' daily ration arranged with fruit and spices. The labels feature a Hawaiian pin-up girl, and on the back are other pin-ups that you'll discover as the bottle is emptied.

Sailor Jerry Rum is available in 70cl and 1-liter versions, and is a round, light Spiced Rum that has inspired many cocktails. Read less
