The Amphorum range is a set of products from Chais Saint Eloi 88 which is characterized by the use of amphorae in the aging process.
Amphorae offer a micro-oxygenation method distinct from that of barrels . Unlike wood, they impart neither tannins nor exogenous aromatic compounds , thus preserving the purity of the spirit and highlighting more pronounced and precise aromatic profiles .
