The 2022 harvest of La Perle Rare Canne bleue Bio B 69-566 is one of the finest expressions from Martinique's A 1710 distillery.
This rum is made using traditional, artisanal methods dear to the distillery. The cane comes from a single organically-farmed plot at Habitation du Simon, planted with the B.69.566 blue cane variety.
This cane is emblematic of Martinique's terroir. Its freshly pressed juice is fermented for 5 days, before being distilled in a Charentais-style copper still called La Belle Aline.
