Prosper is an organic aged rum from the 2020 vintage produced by the A 1710 brand.
This 3-year-old rum is the result of a unique and authentic process. Sugar canes from agriculture are grown and then pressed so that the juice benefits from a long fermentation. This is followed by distillation in a hybrid still equipped with a copper column.
For the aging of this vintage, Cédric Pavot, the cellar master, relied on a combination of several types of oak barrels.
