A'bunadh means "origin" in Gaelic. In fact, the production process for this whisky is inspired by traditional methods. For example, filtration is very light, and the whisky is bottled without any reduction in alcohol content.
The other elements of the recipe have not changed since 1998, the year Aberlour A'bunadh was created: in particular, the whisky is aged in oloroso sherry casks (first fill), and the whiskies used for the blend are between 5 and 25 years old.
The bottle comes with 2 glasses screen-printed in the brand's colors.
