Angostura Cocoa Bitters is a variation on the classic aromatic bitters. It is produced in Trinidad by master distiller Carol Homer-Caesar, on a sugarcane alcohol base. Its cocoa aromas come from beans of the Trinitario variety, endemic to the island.
