Nico's tasting notes
The nose is very mellow, cottony, with fleshy banana mixed with vanilla. The banana is very ripe, with a dark skin and thick texture. It's the warmth of the rum that allows the strawberry to express itself above the fray.
The palate is gently spicy, with vanilla and cinnamon. A wave of creamy strawberry swirls around the tongue, then the banana takes full effect in the mid-palate. A hint of white pepper recalls the cane and its terroir.
