This arranged rum, named Fragaria Silvarum, is produced by Arhumatic.
Here, the central fruit of the recipe is the strawberry, and not just any strawberry, but the Mara des Bois variety. It's juicy, very sweet and fragrant, and very similar in taste to the wild strawberry.
As is customary at Arhumatic, it is combined with Damoiseau agricultural rum and a dash of cane sugar syrup.
This fruit punch is produced from July onwards, while stocks last. This makes it an almost limited edition.
