Arhumatic Thym Citron Gingembre is an invigorating and, why not, aphrodisiac creation, also known as amoris elixatura. Based on Guadeloupe rum, Papaye et Compagnie has chosen to work with two highly aromatic ingredients: ginger and lemon thyme.
This is a rather seasonal recipe for rhum arrangé, since while ginger can be found all year round, thyme is more likely to be harvested between spring and late summer.
