Head to the Amazon and Venezuela for this arrangement of cocoa beans, tonka beans and vanilla. These three ingredients are combined with a Venezuelan rum aged for 4 years in oak barrels.
This is a molasses rum from a unique terroir. Sugar canes are grown between the Andes mountain range, the Orinoco basin and the Caribbean Sea.
Yek'wana are also an indigenous people living between Brazil and Venezuela. Since 2019, with the aim of rehabilitating their territory contaminated by gold miners, these indigenous people have been developing cocoa cultivation.
