This Armorik single malt Breton whisky from the Warenghem distillery is a selection from the Antipodes catalog.
Distilled in August 2018, this single cask was bottled in August 2022 after aging for 4 years.
Barrel #8287 is a Sherry Hogshead type. It is therefore a 250 liter ex-bourbon barrel in which 25% of the staves have been replaced by new ones.
Bottling produced 384 numbered copies. There was no reduction.

A fine example of what this distillery knows how to do when it comes to straying from the standard range. Beautiful notes of red fruits, it covers almost all expressions of strawberry, whether in jam, tart, sorbet, etc. A success.
