The nose is very fresh and fruity, like a concentrated syrup or a packet of sour candy. A hint of grapefruit bitterness comes through, followed by green mango, which becomes increasingly ripe and sweet with time.
The palate is both very round and tangy, and the initial impression is again of citrus fruit. After this grapefruit entry, the green mango begins to take on color, bringing a good dose of sweet exoticism.
