In brief: red fruit - sweet - creamy - spicy on the palate - light
What a fragrance! A ribbon of red fruit unfurls before the nose: blackberry, raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant, etc. etc. These fruits are creamy, almost milky, but also sweet. Candy sugar and vanilla come out more clearly with age.
On the palate, still plenty of red fruit, with a gripping, spicy attack of alcohol swarming across the tongue. The red fruit cream quickly returns, coating the palate with sugar and a hint of vanilla. The cocktail gradually melts into cranberry juice.
The finish is light, with a hint of cherry lollipop.
