The Karakoli cuvée from the “Intarsia” collection returns for a second opus with this 2020 vintage. As a reminder, Karakoli corresponds to the first aged rum from the Baie des Trésors house.
It is still an agricultural rum made from cane from the dry plot called Spoutourne.
Like the Fleurs du Vent vintage, the aging takes place in American oak barrels. The only difference lies in the duration of the aging, which here is a minimum of 3 years.
