Baie des Trésors presents here the 2022 harvest of Plein Soleil rum produced by the Galion farm.
The sugar cane used to produce this AOC Martinique agricultural rum comes from the Fond Basile parcel, located in a dry zone. The name of this rum is inspired by the sunshine enjoyed by these canes.
Distillation takes place at the Saint James distillery, with Baie des Trésors' own settings. A slow reduction is carried out in the cellars of the Galion farm.
