With its iconic pyramidal bottle, Bally 55° white rum perpetuates the legacy of a historic Martinique agricultural rum house. Inspired by the Art Deco movement and designed by Jacques Bally in the 1930s, this unique bottle has become one of the brand's symbols.
Made from pure sugarcane juice, this white rum benefits from the Martinique Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC), which guarantees its origin and adherence to specific production standards. It is distilled in small batches, in a traditional Creole column still, in Sainte-Marie, Martinique, using methods that perpetuate the distillery's historical expertise.
