Barcelo Blanco Añejado is a rum from the Dominican Republic.
Although its name “blanco” is consistent with its appearance, this rum was aged for 2 years before benefiting from carbon filtration.
This process aims to restore the crystalline color of the rum after being aged in a barrel. The result is a white rum with hints of amber rum, which is interesting in the field of mixology.
