Signature Blend is a rum distilled, aged and blended in Belize by Travelers Liquors Ltd for the Belizean Blue brand.
All stages are carried out by the distillery, and the cane used to produce the molasses is sourced from local, fair-trade agriculture.
This blend is made from rums aged for up to 7 years in ex-bourbon American oak barrels.
This cuvée can be enjoyed neat or on the rocks. It also makes an excellent ingredient for cocktails, adding tropical notes.
