From the 2016 harvest on the fertile slopes of the Soufrière, Bologne Les Expérientiels n°1 ADN brun 50.3° comes from the Bologne plantation and is made exclusively from black cane , using a plot selection process. The 48-hour fermentation is followed by distillation in a Creole column , guaranteeing purity and aromatic precision.
After a year of rest in stainless steel vats , this rum was placed in April 2017 in ex-Cognac French oak barrels , before benefiting, in September 2022, from a unique finish in a barrel having contained a cane juice liqueur refermented in acetic acid. A know-how which gives this vintage aromatic richness and depth.
