This brandy from the Brana house is produced from Corsican citrons, which are grown organically.
The selected fruits are cut and then macerated as soon as they arrive at the distillery. The macerate is tasted regularly in order to detect the ideal moment to begin distillation in a pot still.
A rest in stainless steel vats is carried out before bottling.
