This wood-aged rum from the Braud & Quennesson rum factory is presented here in its 47° version.
This is an agricultural rum aged for a minimum of 12 months in the Habitation Grands Fonds cellars.
For the aging of this “Signature du Chai: Double Essence” vintage, the cellar master made a selection of two types of barrels: American oak and French oak. The former have already been used while the latter are freshly toasted.
This vintage benefits from the Martinique Appellation d’Origine Controlée.
