Breiz'île Collection Caramel Vanille au Rhum Vieux is presented here in a 40% version.
The recipe is the same as for the 32% version, using the same ingredients: aged agricultural rum from Guadeloupe, bourbon vanilla from Madagascar and cane sugar and caramel syrup.
Thanks to the extra 8 degrees, this artisanal arrangé benefits from greater aromatic intensity.
