Produced by the Coquerel family distillery, located a few kilometers from Mont-Saint-Michel, this 2-year-old Calvados AOC at 40% embodies all of Norman know-how.
Made from AOC cider apples grown in an exceptional terroir, whose tradition dates back to the first orchards planted in Normandy as early as the 10th century, it is crafted with the utmost care. The apples are rigorously selected, harvested at peak ripeness, washed, and then pressed before their juice ferments naturally on the estate.
After distillation, this Calvados is aged for 2 years in French oak barrels , developing a beautiful harmony between the freshness of the fruit and delicate woody notes.
