Captain Morgan Long Island Iced Tea is a spiced rum from the famous brand named after Captain Henry Morgan.
It's a ready-to-drink mix of Captain Morgan Original spiced molasses rum, vodka, tequila, gin and triple sec.
Legend has it that the cocktail was created in 1972 on Long Island, near Manhattan, by American bartender Rosebud Butts.

The nose is as sweet as lemon syrup, and quickly develops notes of light, sweet tea. Citrus peel adds a little precision, with a light, refreshing bitterness.
The palate is very sweet and tangy, with our yellow lemon surrounded by sweet spices such as cinnamon and vanilla. The citrus peel appears in the longer finish, while the acidity becomes stronger.
