Made from a selection of aged rums in the cellars of the Bonne Mère Distillery, this cuvée embodies the meeting of artistic vision and the expertise of tropical aging.
Made from molasses and distilled in a traditional Creole column still , this rum has aged for 3 years in selected casks in the Jarry cellar, DBM's coastal cellar located on the oceanfront.
This marine aging promotes a delicate integration of the wood and a harmonious aromatic evolution, offering an accessible and balanced profile, true to the spirit of the brand.
