Introducing the red edition of Clément Canne Bleue vintage 2023. This version represents the water and coral found in the French West Indies.
This is an AOC Martinique agricultural rum made from a single variety of cane, cane bleue.
Distillation took place at the Simon plant from the 2023 harvest, which was particularly dry.
Although there are 2 other bottle formats, green and yellow, the rum is the same in all 3 bottles!
This white rum is ideal on its own, as a ti-punch or in a cocktail.
