The Colours of Rum Bellevue 1998 – Edition No. 3 is a Guadeloupean rum from the Bellevue distillery, the largest rum exporter on the island, with an annual production exceeding 900,000 liters.
Distilled in a column still in 1998 and bottled in 2022, this rum benefited from 23 years of aging in ex-rum casks , including 6 years in a tropical climate, before continuing its maturation in Europe. This aging process imparts a beautiful maturity and remarkable aromatic density, typical of the great rums of the French Caribbean.
It is offered in a limited edition of 249 bottles , making this vintage a sought-after reference for lovers of rare rums and collectors.
