The Colours Of Rum Fiji 2001 is a rum bottled by the Polish company Wealth Solutions. This is the bottler's first selection from the Fiji Islands.
This rum is distilled from molasses in pot stills. Most of the ageing is continental, since cask no. 17 spent only 2 years in the tropics.
Bottled in 2023, after 21 years of ageing, 222 bottles were produced.
This is a brut de fût rum that has undergone no addition or reduction.
