The Colours Of Rum Fiji 2001 is a rum bottled by the Polish company Wealth Solutions. This is the bottler's first selection from the Fiji Islands.
This rum is the result of the distillation of molasses in a pot still. Its aging is mainly continental since barrel no. 17 only spent 2 years in the tropics.
Bottling in 2023, after 21 years of aging, resulted in 222 bottles.
This is a brut de fût rum that has undergone no addition or reduction.
