Cotopaxi 14 ans Full Proof is a rum from Ecuador.
Distilled from molasses, it is aged in small oak barrels for 14 years before being bottled without reduction by adding water, at 60°. Each bottle comes from a single barrel, the number of which is printed on the bottle.
