Cotopaxi 14 ans Full Proof is a rum from Ecuador.

Distilled from molasses, it is aged in small oak casks for 14 years before being bottled at 60°, unreduced by the addition of water. Each bottle comes from a single cask, the number of which is marked on the bottle.
