Craigellachie 17 year old is a single malt scotch whisky from the Speyside region. This whisky is made using old-fashioned methods, notably a copper coil cooler, which has become rare in today's industry. The distillery grows its own barley and prepares its own malt, which is finely ground. The wort is produced in unique vats, giving it a highly concentrated character.
The result is a very malty yet fruity profile, typical of this numbered-bottle cuvée.
