Damoiseau Blanc 40° - 5 liters is a Guadeloupe white rum from the Bellevue distillery in Le Moule, Grande-Terre. It is an agricultural rum, distilled from pure fermented cane juice. It has an alcohol content of 88% when it leaves the distillation column, before being placed in oak tuns for 1 to 2 months. There, it is stirred and aerated, and the alcohol content is gradually reduced to 40%.
This makes it perfect for cocktails of all kinds, especially planteur punches.
