Damoiseau Blanc 40° – 5 liters is a white rum from Guadeloupe from the Bellevue distillery, located in Moule, on Grande-Terre. It is an agricultural rum, therefore distilled from pure fermented cane juice. It contains 88% alcohol at the exit from its distillation column, before being placed in oak tuns for 1 to 2 months. This is where it is stirred, aerated, and where its degree is gradually lowered to 40%.
This makes it perfect for cocktails of all kinds, especially planteur punches.
