Dictador XO Aurum is a Colombian rum. It is produced by Destiliera Colombiana, not far from Cartagena, from cane honey.
This rum was distilled in a stainless steel column. It was then aged for many years in old American oak casks that had previously contained Bourbon. Finally, it was refined in sherry casks before bottling.
