Located in La Motte-Servolex, this brewery-distillery was founded in 1999. It draws the spring water needed for its creations at an altitude of 2074 meters.
This single grain whisky distilled in 2019 in an Armagnac still is the result of a triple maturation: aged first in a cask that contained cognac, this whisky continued its maturation in a bourbon cask. It then benefited from refinement in a vermouth cask.
