Don Julio Blanco is a tequila made in the Mexican state of Jalisco using only hand-harvested blue agave.

During the distillation process, only the heart of the toast is preserved to produce a quality eau-de-vie. "Blanco" means that this tequila has not been aged in wood like its big sister Don Julio Reposado.
