This 11-year-old single malt whisky comes from the small Edradour distillery in the Scottish Highlands.
Distilled in 2012, it was fully matured in 8 old Sauternes casks (N° 175, 176, 177, 178, 181, 182, 190 and 192) before being bottled in a batch of 2,695 on May 17, 2023, with no filtration and no additions.
