Edradour 12 Year Old is a single malt scotch whisky produced in the Highlands. Edradour is one of Scotland's smallest distilleries, producing just 90,000 liters of pure alcohol a year and around 18 casks a week.
This is the first batch of a whisky aged for 12 years in "Oloroso Sherry butts", 500-liter ex-Sherry Oloroso casks. No fewer than 7 casks were selected and blended for this cuvée. They are barrels 144, 168, 169, 173, 174, 175 and 176. Bottling took place on May 12, 2023, without reduction, filtration or addition. 4663 bottles of this batch were produced.
