Bourbon Cask is the second reference in the Elements Of Islay trilogy created by Oliver Chilton.
This Scottish blended malt is made from a blend of single malts from the island of Islay.
The aging of these eaux-de-vie is done only in first and second fill bourbon barrels.
Bottling is done without addition, and without cold filtration.
