Eminente Reserva 10 years is a rum originating from Cuba and made from a blend of light rum and aguardiente , spirits with more complex and intense aromas due to distillation at a much lower degree (75° compared to 95° for light rums).
This second edition, designed by César Marti, Cuban Maestro Ronero, benefited from aging in ex-Sauternes casks before being bottled at 43.2°.
Jérémie's tasting notes

On the nose : We find the same structure but with one of the roasted notes more pronounced, coffee, the same dried fruits and nuts, vanilla getting closer.
On the palate : Drier than version 1 on the attack, it releases more fruit and a caramel, pastry-like side, still with those dried fruits and nuts (almond), a little bitterness at the end of the palate with spices.
The final version : rounder than version 1
