Divergence N°1 is the first rum in this white rum collection created by the Ricci Family. The aim is to offer a marriage of two rums that are technically opposed to each other, as well as to each other's taste.
This first release is made with 25% pot-still distilled rum from Jamaica's Hampden Estate. This white rum bears the mark <>H (Diamond H), meaning that its ester content is between 900 and 1000 gr/hlap. The remaining 75% of this blend comes from a distillate of pure sugarcane juice: Cape Verde grogue distilled in an artisan still.
The blend rested in stainless steel vats, then in amphora, before being offered at 55°.
