The second edition of the Divergence series created by French breeder and bottler Famille Ricci features two molasses rums.
On retrouve le rhum blanc jamaïcain <>H de la distillerie Hampden. Il est présent à hauteur de 30% face à un rhum de mélasse provenant du Guyana. Ces 70% restants ont été distillés chez Demerara Distillers Ltd dans le double pot still en bois Port Mourant.
After resting in stainless steel vats, the wine is bottled in amphora.
