Famille Ricci Rhum Influences 1 is a blend of traditional column and pot still molasses rums from Trinidad and Jamaica. This blend gives pride of place to traditional English rums.
After an initial tropical ageing in ex-bourbon barrels, the Ricci family then proceeds with a maturing process in which they are masters. The rums are then aged in bourbon, cognac and pineau blanc barrels.
Finishing is carried out in small new barrels with a specific toast, kept secret and developed in partnership with the Navarre cooperage. Finally, the blend is made in "Development Flavour" medium toast oak barrels.
