This is a blend of rums aged 3 to 8 years , from the Hampden Estate and Long Pond distilleries, which have contributed to the island's renown. These rums are distinguished by their long fermentation , resulting in profiles rich in esters .
The aging process takes place in American oak barrels , then the whole is bottled at 49%, without the addition of sugar or any other additives.
