Ferroni Brut de Fût Maurice 2013 Clear Cask is a curiosity from the cellars of Château des Creissauds, Aubagne. This pure juice from Mauritius was still distilled at the Chamarel distillery. It was aged entirely in Provence, in French oak barrels that had contained cognac.
Despite 8 years of ageing, this brut de fût still has a surprising freshness, as if it had been matured in dame-jeanne.
