Anything and everything, here is the name of the exclusive 2023 edition of Gin Juillet.
For this edition, Guillaume Ferroni took the aromatic bouquet of Gin Juillet as a basis.
When making Gin Guillet, a “basket” of fresh fruits from Provence (apricot, white peach) is added to the still.
However, for this edition, the bouquet and the fruits have been macerated in a specific alcoholic base. The latter is made up of anything and everything.
In the composition we find samples, opened bottles, experiments, but also bottles from Guillaume's personal cellar.
Cognac, Armagnac, Elixir du Suédois, vermouth, génep, rosé wine, sparkling wine, liqueurs,… Impossible to draw up the list here. In total, no less than 142 different alcohols were assembled to create this edition.
