This herbaceous rum from Ferroni is the fruit of a partnership with the Eyguebelle distillery, which produces Elixir de Coiron.
This liqueur, made from some fifty plants, has stood the test of time. The origins of this recipe go back to the Middle Ages.
This cuvée is a blend of Ferroni Ambre rum and a rum from the French West Indies.
The blend was aged for 6 years in barrels containing Elixir de Coiron.
Aging took place at Château des Creissauds, Aubagne.
