Flor de Caña 5 ans Anejo Classico is a traditional molasses rum from Nicaragua's only distillery.
The Pellas family originally founded the sugar estate. It soon became a distillery. Today, the 5th generation of the Pellas family heads Compañia Licorera de Nicaragua.
This rum is produced in columns and aged in a tropical climate using the distillery's "slow-aged" method. It is aged in ex-bourbon white oak barrels for a minimum of 5 years.
