Four Roses Small Batch is a blend of 4 different bourbons, from two mashbills fermented with 2 in-house yeast strains. The proportion of rye is higher than in the average Kentucky Straight Bourbon, making this a rather spicy whiskey. These bourbons are aged for a minimum of 6-7 years in new American oak barrels.
